The Inaugural Fasteq Charity Soccer Sevens Tournament was hailed a great success by all particpants on Friday 14th May.
The rain stayed away and the teams turned up on time, well most did anyway. The day got off to a flying start and bonus points being awarded to the majority of the teams that fielded girls. – so well done to you all!.
Cruising through to the finals were the host team Fasteq and The Old Invincibles, shown here below celebrating their deserved win.
A cheque For £1000 was donated by Fasteq to the winners’ chosen Charity; Marie Curie Cancer Care. Monies were also collected for CHAS and ENABLE so thank you to everyone for making the day a complete suceess for everyone.
