Core Product Range

Fasteq limited are major suppliers of Hardware and Class C components to the Aircraft, Electronic and Automotive Industry. We will if given the opportunity, commit to taking major costs out of your supply chain and reducing your overall spend on Hardware and Class C components.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Firstly we define which of your products fall into our Core Competency Range – this includes: Standard Commercial Fasteners, Aircraft Release Fasteners, Springs, Metal Pressings, Shims, Plastic Proprietary Parts, Hinges and Locks and a full range of adhesive and packaging materials. On this range of parts Fasteq will not charge any uplift to your current cost and we will manage the change from your current vendor and KanBan your present stockholding free of charge.

Next we define material which is AVL specified. On these parts provided Fasteq have or can create a relationship with the approved vendor there is no uplift. We manage this through economies of scale and increased stockholding. We operate to ISO9001 and AS9120 so we can ensure we comply with any Quality System Requirements that these vendors may have.

That leaves parts which are Outwith Core Competency. On these parts (i.e. Electrical Components) where Fasteq have no immediate expertise in sourcing or procuring, we will buy from your current vendor and manage into the supply chain. Where feasible we will determine quickly if there is potential for added value (including specific parts in a kit or sub-assembly for instance). If this is the case there will be no uplift on the piece part of the component.
